 Finding Your Key: identify current situation, identify goals, draft a bridge to reach those goals

Training to provide the instruments to allow for self-knowledge, exploration, and decision-making to successfully navigate occupational options to choose and train for jobs that align with ones personality, skills, and interests based on goals identified in vision boarding.

Through utilization of the mindfulness principles, participants will develop the ability to remain focused and present and not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by the job search process.
